I took it off the mold tonight. It still needs soldering from the inside, but for a first impression the picture seems good enough.

- Self taught artist. I often think, most of what I do makes no sense at all. But it´s done with a lot of enthusiasm, regardless of efforts, expenses, or time.

AntwortenLöschenI was doing the inside of the hanging lotus today when the aperture ring broke partially loose... so close to finished and now I'm going to have to disassemble a great many of those tiny pieces at the top and redo... I think I'm going to make some 'adaptations' and go with a larger ring and a border at the top for additional strength... some days are better spent staying in bed! Oh well... I expect I can salvage it... way too many hours in it to start over! Larry
